Happy New Year, my friends!
And what a year it has been! For me, it has brought a lot of new opportunities and changes.
|
|
I signed a book deal with West Virginia University Press. After many months of doing everything but writing my book (more than I want to admit!), I started to work on it full-time in the last month.
|
I'm heading to a small island off the coast of Vancouver, BC at the end of January for a week-long artist residency to work on my book (that is—if the world doesn't fall apart between now and then). I can't wait!
|
I have decided not to do other freelance writing/projects in 2022 to create space to finish this book. Or at least the first half of 2022—my first draft manuscript is due this summer.
|
In terms of my business, I have shut down my clip stores and subscription sites to make room for writing and in-person work, as well as phone sessions. If you are interested in booking a phone or an in-person session, feel free to reach me at jessie_sage@protonmail.ch.
